He also has been involved in detailed and extensive trial work for real estate and business/corporate law matters. He has drafted numerous real estate and business documents from the perceived benign "standard" documents to the exactingly specific documents.

He was also the Chairman of the State Bar of Michigan's Real Property Law Section's Committee on Condominiums, Cooperatives, and Planned Unit Developments. Jeff has authored or co-authored six articles published in the Michigan Real Property Review and individually given and/participated in giving over a dozen seminars on the subject to various groups including continuing legal education, real estate brokers, collective association or practice groups and other informational seminars .
